The Worst Day of the Year rides again!
More than 3,000 riders turned out on an overcast Valentine’s Day morning to celebrate bicycle love and silliness and support the Community Cycling Center.
From the flamingo crew to the full-grown cupid, the enthusiasm and costumes on display were inspiring!
At the rest stop behind our bike shop, an enthusiastic crew of Community Cycling Center volunteers showered riders with cookies and wrenched on dozens of bikes.
By the time riders began to reach the finish line, the sun was out and fresh, warm food was waiting. At the finish line party, riders donated $300 at the Community Cycling Center table to the sound of ringing bells and laughter.
