About the Community Cycling Center

We believe that a bicycle is a tool for empowerment and a vehicle for change. The Community Cycling Center is a 501(c) 3 that broadens access to bicycling and its benefits through our hands-on programs, volunteer projects, and neighborhood shop.

About the Guest Mechanic Program

Our Guest Mechanic Program is set up to give you the training and support you need to learn more about bike repair. Working with our skilled staff mechanics, you can learn about refurbishing bikes, building new bikes from the box and building wheels. In turn, you will help us build bikes for our programs! Once you’ve mastered the skills at one level, you can get certified and explore higher-level opportunities.

General Position Summary

The Community Cycling Center operates a full-service professional bike shop. All the bikes in our shop have been donated, and our professional mechanics refurbish them to ensure a safe and snappy ride.
