Thank you for your interest in referring children to the Community Cycling Center’s annual Holiday Bike Drive! This year, we have transitioned to an online registration system. Faxed or emailed referrals will not be accepted. To be eligible, children must be:

  1. 3 to 9 years old.
  2. 30 to 57 inches tall.
  3. Referred by a partner (such as a social service agency, school, or church) who can confirm they are from a low-income family. (Qualify for free or reduced lunch.)

To refer eligible children:

  1. Create an account for yourself as an agency partner.
  2. Add the child to your account as a “new registrant.” You will need to know the child’s height in inches and date of birth. You will have to fill out a “new registrant” form for each child you wish to refer.
  3. Sign up the child for a specific gender/size group (eg.  “Boys Small, 30 to 44 inches”).**

Serving families

This year we would like to make Holiday Bike Drive even better for whole families. If a child you are referring has siblings between the ages of 3 and 9, please refer them too.  In the past, these sibling have attended the event, but because they were not signed up, we were unable to provide bikes for them. 

**Note: It is very important to sign children up in the correct height group. We use children’s heights to match them with the correct sized bicycle. Due to safety concerns, we will not send children home with bicycles that do not fit them.
